Class Description:

Deep Tissue Massage with functional stretching brings relief to an affected area of the body. Muscle stiffness, neck/back pain, stress, bad sitting positions, computer work, athletics, traveling, and excessive fitness training are some indications of a deep tissue massage.

Learn proper strokes, speed, depth, direction, and lotion distribution to effectively perform Deep Tissue Massage in this hands-on course.

This course will prepare you to manipulate tissue, effectively communicate with your client, and exercise proper draping techniques per client type. You will use proper body mechanics and proper strokes and not force the work.

We work smarter, not harder!! While learning 6 different hand techniques to deliver a depth, your client will feel comfortable and receive an extremely optimal treatment!
